Requesting a Resolution

For eligible issues, kindly follow the steps below:

  2. Provide Information: Share your Order ID, clear photos of the product/defect, and a detailed description within 48–72 hours post-delivery
  3. Await Approval: Wait for explicit approval and shipping instructions before sending the item
  4. Important: Unauthorized shipments will be rejected, returned at your expense, or discarded

Every item submitted for resolution undergoes a rigorous quality check. We reserve the right to reject requests if:

  • Items do not meet the specified criteria
  • The request is made outside the 48–72 hour window post-delivery

Approved resolutions will be subject to stock availability or a credit note for the item’s purchase value.

Credit notes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed for items of the same or higher value
